On Thursday March 9th, Amish Tables is hosting our next event that discusses the new Ann Arbor PACE program. This program allows qualifying property owners to borrow money for energy efficiency projects ranging from $10,000 to $350,000 and then pay back the loans through special assessments added onto their tax bills for up to 10 years.
If you would like to learn more then you’ll want to stop by from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at Amish Tables (located at 4844 Jackson Road in Suite 200) on Thursday January 19th. You’ll learn about energy efficiency upgrades and how they affect your business and pocketbook. Doug Selby of Meadowlark Builders will begin the presentation at 6 pm. with PACE Program Manager Wendy Barrott following up with details about participation. Wendy will also discuss the launch of their new program A2 Energy.
